‘Spiderman’ is a Super Hero-Not The Villain
It was reported that Andrew Garfield, the actor who played Spiderman in The Amazing Spider-Man, devastated Miles Scott the little boy from the "Batkid" story.
Andrew was accused of storming out of rehearsal at the Oscars for a bit that involved Batkid. Andrew's reported gripe was over his lines.
Turns out that wasn't the case at all. The Batkid bit was dropped due to a lack of time. The producers from the Oscars have to make the choice of what stays and what goes. Unfortunately for Batkid, his bit was one of the segments that had to be cut.
The silver lining in this story is that Andrew spent a day at Disneyland with Miles and his family. Looks like super heroes like to hang out together on their time off.
