So Who Is Performing On American Idol Tonight?

So we kept hearing that Aerosmith would perform on the American Idol final tonight, and then we’d hear that they wouldn’t. And back and forth they went. Well it appears that they will not be on tonight’s show, but it’s not going to stop Steven Tyler from getting up there, and get a load of some the hotties that will be joining him.

Don’t even ask me who the finalists are tonight, because I really don’t watch the show. Once the rocker kid fell off, so did I. But tonight should be interesting and is definitely worth tuning in for. First, we get to see Bono and The Edge of U2 as they will play a song from their ‘Spider Man’ Broadway show that we’ve heard so much of, but really know nothing about.

  Then Tyler will take the stage with Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Carrie Underwood. I liked seeing Steven a few weeks back sing with Carrie Underwood at the ACM awards. I enjoy seeing artists attempting something different and not being afraid to perform outside their traditional platform. And to be honest, after hearing all of Joe Perry’s dislikes about American Idol, it wouldn’t shock me at all if that was some kind of build up and he ends up jammin’ a solo with all of them. Now that would be something. And if not, I'm sure Lady Gaga will wear something that will tweak my interest.
