Slipknot & Slayer Headline 2012 Mayhem Festival

Metalheads unite!!! Slipknot and Slayer have been announced as headliners to the 2012 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.  The festival which will trek across the country with 25 dates will also be making a stop in the Capital Region on July 31st.  Find out who else is on the list.

Two stages will grace the festival with Slipknot and Slayer plus on March 5th another big name is expected to be added.  On the 2nd stage  Anthrax, The Devil Wears Prada, Asking Alexandria, As I Lay Dying, and Whitechapel.  Regarding the  announcement about a special guest;  speculation is it will be Motorhead who will be in Glens Falls as part of Gigantour 2/1.
