Slash Has 13 Songs Ready To Go For Solo Album

Fans of Slash will be in for a treat in 2012 as he is putting out a second solo record, this time with singer Myles Kennedy on the whole album.  According to Slash he has 13 songs ready to record on top of the 3 that he has already recorded.

Slash has been hard at work on a follow up to his 20120 album Slash and this time he has Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy on vocals for the entire record.  Slash made a quick announcement via his facebook page saying that he has 13 songs that are ready to record, and 3 songs that are already done.  This album is going to be a big one with a lot of extras.

According to blabbermouth, the album has a tentative release date of next April, but nothing is set in stone yet.   Slash also added that this album will be very focused, very hard and very heavy.
