Shimon Moore, Mark Goodwin and Emma Anzai know as the Sick Puppies plan to takeover the Q103 airwaves Wednesday afternoon March 16th before they perform that night at Northern Lights.

This isnt the first time the trio has taken over Q103, they did it once before kicking out Mrozek for afternoon drive in May 2010.  Shimon ran the controls, Mark and Emma selected the songs.   You never know what will happen when three rockers take over a radio station.  It's definately must listen to radio on 103.5 & 103.9

We got this list from Shim as to what songs they would like to play and the reason why.

Rage Against The Machine - Bulls on Parade - We use it to pump us up before we go onstage.

Foo Fighters - My Hero - Marks favorite drum intro ever.

Led Zeppelin - When the levy breaks - Other favorite groove of all time.

Green Day - Welcome to Paradise - The first song Shim ever heard by Green Day. AWESOME!

Filter - Take a picture - Cause Mark likes to take pictures on his new iPhone App.

Slipknot - Psychosocial - Cause It's the heaviest s**t we've ever heard. Awesome bridge.

Tenacious D - Tribute - The greatest and best song in the world!

Soundgarden - Spoonman - Emma loves the rhythms and the spoon solo. Very cool.

Incubus - Pardon Me - Shim's first Incubus experience. Love Brandon's Voice.

My Chemical Romance - Mama - Awesome Musical changes.

Sevendust - Face to Face - Love the band. Love the riffs.

Muse - Hysteria - Great bass line, we played with them at the Big Day Out in Australia. Awesome!

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Soul To Squeeze - It’s a song that no matter when I hear it, it feels relevant no matter where I'm at in my life.

Silverchair - Tomorrow - First song rock song I heard, got me into music.
