Shinedown is without a doubt one of the hardest working bands in rock music right now. The band has been touring for over 21 months in support of their 2012 release "Amaryllis"; the album has since spawned the hits "Bully," "Adrenaline," "Unity," and "Enemies."

So what's next for Shinedown? First off, some rest. The band will be taking November and December of this year off before entering writing session for their fifth album.

How about after that?

According to singer Brent Smith, in the video below (Part 2), the band will also begin the early workings of a theatrical release for the band. The band is in talks with a director for the film that will portray what it's like to be in Shinedown with performances, interviews, and backstage footage in the vain of a documentary.

In all it will be a true behind the scenes, "true life" look at the band from home life to road life. No word on a possible release date for the film but it looks like we won't see it within the next year or so.
