Q-Ruption featured performer Shinedown caught up with Dalton Castle for an interview in which the band discusses the difference between hematomas and bruises.

Shinedown has been in the game since 2001, and have released four albums. Combined, those efforts have been good for over 10 million copies sold worldwide and have put out hit singles such as Devour, I Dare You, and their current single Bully.
