Shaggy from ‘Scooby Doo’ Makes Guest Appearance on ‘Jeopardy’

A familiar face from your childhood showed up on America's Favorite quiz show last night and it had everyone watching saying, 'zoinks!'

I seem to live the life of an elderly person because I watch a lot of Jeopardy.   I'm glad I turned it on last night because I had no idea that one of my favorite cartoon characters was going to be breaking out a guest appearance!  Now I know that this isn't really Shaggy from Scooby Doo, the famous character voiced by DJ Casey Kasem.  You have to admit though, this guy looks pretty dead on when it comes to Shaggy.

So he's not Shaggy, he's really Jared Balkman from Appleton, Wisconsin.  Jared sure did play like Shaggy though as he came in last place.  Perhaps he would have done better if there was a category dedicated to assembling giant sandwiches.

Jared finally buzzes in nearly seven minutes into the episode - and he quickly ends up having negative points. Looks like someone needs a Scooby snack.
