Schenectady Shooting Video Released [NSFW]

The Aug 12, 2011 shooting of Luis Rivera by the Schenectady police has been ruled justified. Over the weekend video had been released to the public. In the video you can see Luis crossing the street as the police pull up. On the left side of a screen you see one of the officers run up to Luis and try to grab him. As Luis runs off camera the officers pull out their guns and start shooting.

What has been reported off camera is, as Luis was running away he pulled out a gun and turned toward the officers. The officer shoot Luis multiple in the backside of torso.
