Schenectady has seen it’s more than fair share of bad press lately with police warning residents on the North Side to ensure their rear house windows are locked thanks to a string of bring breaks – Now, the Dunkin Donuts on Albany Street has been robbed.

According to reports, two men dressed in dark colored clothes walked in to the store and struck one employee in the back of the head with an object. The two made away with an unknown amount of cash and fled on foot behind the location.

Police are investigating the crime and ask anyone with knowledge of it to contact them.
