Savannah Smiles: The Newest Girl Scout Cookie

I was never a Girl Scout, and never had the desire to be one. I found the whole thing to be creepy and brain washing and an excuse to make friends and do good things. I did however love to indulge on their delicious cookies, especially Thin Mints and those delicious peanut butter ones. Well, the organization is celebrating its 100th year this year, and to mark the occasion they are releasing a brand new cookie, Savannah Smiles.

The new cookie was named after the hometown of Juliette Gordon Low, the founder of Girl Scouts, states the article.

Each year, thousands of Girl Scouts visit the founder's historical home, a National Historic Landmark in Savannah. In the time-worn rooms, each girl considers how, 100 years later, Juliette Low's story encourages her to dream big and do great things with her life.
