Ryse: Son of Rome’s Mars’ Chosen DLC Pack to Rise for Glory

Everyone's favorite Roman warrior is getting an expansion pack in Ryse: Son of Rome's Mars' Chosen Pack.

Thanks to Polygon, we now know that Ryse: Son of Rome's Mars' Chosen Pack of downloadable content will be available on Feb. 28. The Mars' Chosen Pack includes new maps, a Legionary character skin and a new co-op Survival Mode. Two of the new maps are for its new, co-op Survival Mode and another two have an Egyptian theme. The co-op, Survival Mode will feature wave after wave of enemies, and health regeneration will only be possible during execution sequences.

The Survival Mode is meant to encourage teamwork and strategy, according to Senior Producer Justin Robey. He said, "The best part yet is how we approached building the maps for Survivor mode. Each map makes it a distinctly different experience." You'll have to download the DLC to find out just how much it takes to survive!

The Mars' Chosen Pack DLC for Ryse: Son of Rome will be available on Feb. 28 for the price of $8.99.
