Avenged Sevenfold: Rock on the Range 2011

After arriving to Columbus, Ohio late Friday night, I was given the special opportunity to meet Avenged Sevenfold. I would like to extend a special thank you to Warner Bros. Records for arranging this event at Mozaik Lounge. By the way, Mozaik Lounge is an amazing bar, and the atmosphere of Columbus, Ohio is so amazing. The food at Mozaik was fantastic too! Everything had reasonably prices and was great quality.

The band was incredibly nice and I was starstruck for the first time in my life. I went up to M. Shadows and my mind went blank. I wasn't able to ask questions as there were other radio stations at the venue also looking to meet with the band. I got received hugs and lots of happy birthdays!

I drove out to Ohio by myself. 10 hours later I felt I was pretty cool and daring. Unfortunately, my hopes and dreams were crushed once I met other radio personalities that came all the way from Maine and Georgia. I think it's great that Rock on the Range gets coverage nationally.
