Repeat Gas Money Moocher Called Out By Dude With A Camera

Man, I've ran into this a few times. Someone asking for gas money, or a few quarters to contribute to a bus ticket cause they are stranded. You want to feel bad, but when you starting asking questions it takes all of two seconds to figure out they're big fat fibbers. 

Speaking of fibbers, dude calls out a woman who's asked for 'gas' money one to many times.

And by the way, if this lady wasn't running game she wouldn't have stuck around denying it. End of story!
