Honestly, I give him about 6. Sure, he’s a fat guy in green pants and glasses and the voice is pretty spot on, but the confidence is off. The charm and appeal of the "Family Guy" character, an inability to be embarrassed and that’s all I can see with this dude. Do I love it? Nah, but you can bet I respect the hell out of it.
