We spoke to Joe from Halestorm about the upcoming new album Vicious out this Friday, July 27 on Atlantic Records and the tour coming to Albany Capital Center Aug. 3 featuring Halestorm with In This Moment. Joe also talked about "Dream Tours" for Halestorm mentioning that he'd love to tour with Foo Fighters or Smashing Pumpkins.

Halestorm formed out of Red Lion, Pennsylvania featuring lead singer and guitarist Lzzy Hale, her brother Arejay Hale on drums, Joe Hottinger on guitar, and Josh Smith on bass. The band’s self -titled debut album was released on Atlantic Records in 2009. Their second album The Strange Case Of … was released in 2012 and featured the single “Love Bites (So Do I)" and the single earned the band a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance in 2013. They released their third album Into the Wild Life in 2015 and the band had their highest charting release. It peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart.
