Puddle Of Mudd Lead Singer Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Possession

Happy 4th of July to Puddle Of Mudd front man Wes Scantlin, who yesterday pleaded guilty to cocaine possession. He won't however be going to jail unless he screws up. Scantlin was charged with a felony in April along with two misdemeanors of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

According to TMZ, Wes made a deal with prosecutors and plead guilty to the felony charge, while the two misdemeanors will be dropped. In order for him to stay out of jail he must get drug counseling and show enrollment before August. If he screws up - then he will go to jail!
