Pop Goes The Weasel And A Former Rapper Now Living In Clifton Park

Criminal Tax Fraud and a guilty plea for a former rapper now residing in Clifton Park. That ain't so gangsta, now is it?!

Pete Nash, aka, Prime Minister Pete Nice, a 'hip hop MC' back in the late 80's/early 90's, pleaded guilty to the charge in Albany County Court , Tuesday morning.

Nash failed to file NYS personal income taxes between 2010 and 2012. In other words, he didn't file for 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Mr. Nice was given three years probation and paid $13k in restitution.
