Police Chase Wrong Car, Find Wanted Fugative

Turning one wrong into a right. Police in Orlando, FL were chasing a car early this morning (Thursday) that they believed to have been car jacked, what they found was a litter more sweeter. The man behind the wrongfully chased car was actually wanted on several outstanding charges.

It all started shortly before 2:30am when police were called about a stolen car. Officers spotted what they believed to be the car in question and attempted to pull it over; that's when the suspect made a run for it. The chase lasted several blocks before spike strips were used.

Officers soon realized they had the wrong the car. The driver, however, was a wanted man which is why he ran when they tried to pull him over. The unnamed man recently did not make an appearance in court for drug chargers.
