Philip Anselmo supported his debut solo album 'Walk Through Exits Only' with a summer trek featuring his backing band The Illegals. Now, the legendary Pantera frontman has announced a second leg of the 'Technicians of Distortion' tour set to kick off in January.

The trek kicks off Jan. 10 in Houston, with opening bands Author & Punisher and Hymn. Tickets go on sale Friday (Nov. 22).

Anselmo's inaugural Housecore Horror and Music Festival took place last month, with tons of live performances and movie screenings. As part of the festival, Anselmo released a limited edition, two song vinyl EP. The EP’s two tracks (‘Ugly Mug’ and ‘Pigs Kissing Pigs') were both recorded during the ‘Walk Through Exits Only’ sessions. The vinyl EP will be for sale on the tour.

Another one of Anselmo's bands, Down, are working on a new EP that they hope to release in the first quarter of next year. They'll also be playing Australia's Soundwave Festival in February and March of 2014.
