Everyone already knows if you give a homeless person a cookie, than they’ll just ask you for a glass of milk.

According to My Fox in Philadelphia,  the mayor of Philadelphia is putting a ban on "public outdoor feeding of the homeless."

I can’t say don’t completely agree with this bill. Feeding the hungry is one thing and it’s a very nice gesture. I think what the mayor is trying to accomplish is a prevention of gathering homeless people in public places that he would much rather see used as a tourist attraction. Having hundreds of stinky homeless gather in a public park isn’t the most appealing thing. You want people to visit your city and spend money? Then you treat the homeless like you would your stinky fat sister with the giant mole on her face, you hid them in the closet while company is over.
