Panza’s Restaurant to Expand and Add Hotel in New Building

Changes are coming to Saratoga!

According to the Times Union, Panza's Restaurant is going to demolishing the original restaurant structure to build something new.  The new project?  It looks like it's going to include a space on the first floor for Panza's Restaurant, but also have an event space upstairs, as well as a 36-room hotel.  According to the Times Union, if everything gets approved, demolition won't start until about January, and the new site will hopefully open the following Fall.  With how big the project is, it doesn't look like it's realistic to get it done in time for track season.  There's so many changes around the Capital Region, it feels like everywhere I drive I see a new building or new construction.  It's hard to keep up with! Though the new project sounds like a nice addition.
