Kelly Osbourne, daughter of Black Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne, suffered a medical scare Thursday afternoon (March 7) when she had a seizure during a taping of her E! show 'Fashion Police.'

TMZ reports that Kelly was sitting next to fill-in panel member Melissa Rivers in front of a studio audience when she leaned over to tell Rivers she wasn't feeling well. Shortly after, she fell out of her chair and began visibly shaking for 30 seconds. Rivers reportedly turned Kelly's head to help her, while an audience member who was an emergency responder also assisted the TV host.

Kelly eventually came around, but her handlers requested that she still be hospitalized to determine what caused the collapse. According to TMZ, it was the first time she claimed to have experienced a seizure.

An ambulance took Kelly away while some of her entourage held up white sheets to shield her from the media. Joan Rivers, who is the host of 'Fashion Police' and was also present at the taping, told TMZ, "She is fine. We just saw her." People magazine reports that Kelly is being held for further observation and that her mother Sharon Osbourne was seen arriving at the medical center to check in on her daughter.

Kelly's health scare follows last year's news that her brother Jack Osbourne is battling multiple sclerosis and that her mother Sharon underwent a double mastectomy. Our best wishes go out to the entire Osbourne family as they deal with yet another health issue.
