‘Owl’ In Studio With Mrozek [AUDIO]

If you’re asking ‘Who is Owl?’ Well, if you’re from the ‘old school’ Capital Region music scene, you probably know two thirds of the band. Owl features Chris Wyse (vocals/bass) who after leaving the Albany, has gone on to play with The Cult, Jerry Cantrell, Ozzy Osbourne and numerous others. The percussionist is Dan Dinsmore (formerly of The Clay People and still in Albany), and Jason Mezilis (who is the only guy in the band that hasn’t lived in the Albany area) on guitar. I don’t know how long Owl is town for, so if you want to see them you better head on down to Pauly’s Hotel Central Ave. Albany tonight. Tickets are $10 and the show starts at 10pm.
