According to the smoking gun a couple was caught having sex in a restaurant right in front of everyone. The restaurant owner called the police on the couple and they were arrested for fighting and not paying their bill, but not public indecently. My guess none of the patrons who witnessed the act wanted to give a statement in a way of saying “thanks” for the out standing dinner show.
