An angry citizen tries to point out to the police that there is a crowd of people smoking weed. And to his dismay the cops said they knew. At a 4/20 celebration in P.A. police stood by and watched as a crowd sparked up in a local park.

So one concerned citizen made it his mission to stop these hard criminals from inducing anarchy in the parks of P.A. Unfortunately these savage beasts had permits. And the police were not equipped to take on the mass of stoned hippies, playing their blood thirsty games of frisbee and hacky sack. We can count our blessings that these petruilli terrorist were content to enjoying the music flowing from the many drum circles and napping in public.
