Looks like the long awaited Van Rensselaer Square in North Greenbush is getting a new addition in the near future.

It has taken quite sometime for Van Rensselaer Square in North Greenbush to come to fruition and although a few business for the new plaza have been recently announced they are still continuing to add stores for your shopping convenience.

According to the Times Union it appears as though a new HomeGoods will be the latest addition to the new shopping plaza at the corner of Route 4 and Route 43 in North Greenbush. Given the new signage on the building next to ShopRite that says "HomeGoods Coming Soon". The new store is currently hiring employees and is hoping for a Spring opening.

They will join the growing list of stores in the new location that includes ShopRite, Michaels, Five Below and Chili's the latter of which is scheduled to open later this month.

What other stores are you hoping will break ground and open their doors in North Greenbush?
