Nicko McBrain’s Wife to Face Judge After Allegedly Assaulting the Iron Maiden Drummer

The wife of Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain was arrested on domestic battery charges back in February after apparently attempting to stab the heavy metal stickman, in addition to throwing logs at him. Rebecca McBrain is now set to face a judge on May 3 to defend herself against the charges.

According to a March 10 article from Boca News Now, Rebecca was arrested Feb. 24 when she allegedly tried unsuccessfully to stab Nicko and perhaps one other person with a decorative lance.

Additionally, she is accused of throwing fire pit logs at Nicko, causing minor injuries. She was freed upon posting $3,000 bond after being booked at Palm Beach County Jail.

In an update posted today (April 17), Boca News Now reports that Rebecca will face a judge May 3 after entering a 'not guilty' plea on the charges.

Rebecca and Nicko have been married since the late '80s, and the drummer played on and produced a solo album called 'Voyager' released by his wife in the early 2000s. Listen to one of the songs in the player below.
