Apparently this reporter in Denver had other things on his mind when on live TV he congratulates an anchors 'Hooters'.  It was quite embarrassing for the anchor as well as the other reporters as they tried to dismiss it.   Although check out the middle anchor as he checks out the 'Hooters'  too!
