New Jewish Deli Opens in Saratoga Springs

A new Jewish deli opened this week in Saratoga Springs.

According to The Saratogian, Saratoga's Broadway Deli opened on Tuesday with the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 420 Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. A sign in the window describes the deli as "The Best Jewish Deli North of NYC" with a menu that includes matzo ball soup, chopped liver, corned beef and pastrami along with potato pancakes and kinishes. Saratoga's Broadway Deli is open Tuesday through Saturday 9am til 4pm and Sundays 9am til 3pm. The deli is run by owner and chef Daniele Chessare, who's a long time member of the Saratoga Springs culinary scene. Menu items run from $5 to $14.
