I'm not one to go crazy over albums consisting of a ton of cover songs, but when the band recording them involves a huge all-star line up, well, that changes everything!!

Hollywood Vampires is a band founded by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry, but has also recruited the likes of Dave Grohl, Slash, AC/DCs Brian Johnson, and Paul McCartney to name a few. The name of the band refers to a group of rock-n-roll drinking buddies that would get together at the Rainbow and wreak havoc.

Their debut album is due out Sept. 11th and is not only cover songs - it does include a few original songs like "Raise the Dead" and "Dead Drunk Friends". A full list of songs and what artists appear on what songs can be found at consequenceofsound.net.

I for one can't wait to hear Paul McCartney and Alice Cooper team up on "Come and Get It!!" Check it out the teaser and let us know what you think!!!
