Bees provide honey which can help prevent allergy symptoms

SIRIS, WEST BANK – SEPTEMBER 11: Palestinian beekeeper Muafak Faris Najem, who has been unemployed since a work injury a few years ago, with some of the honey he has collected from his beehives September 11, 2008 in Siris village near Jenin in the West Bank. The international humanitarian aid organization CARE is helping the areas most needy families fend for themselves in a food project which is funded by the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid Department (ECHO).
