This should be a no brainer but if you cause a ruckus, while naked, you will get arrested.

Nudity is not generally acceptable attire unless you are in the bedroom, the bathroom, or at a nudist camp. It is definitely not the best wardrobe option if you plan on harassing people at their home while highly intoxicated.

Most of us have at least some of that thing known as 'common sense' unfortunately there are those that are seriously lacking in that department. Much like one Cohoes man who decided it would be a good idea to become "highly intoxicated" and proceed to disrobe and harass a couple at their residence in Schaghticoke.

When police arrived they found the man standing in the doorway of the garage in the buff. Needless to say the gentlemen was then arrested and taken to the Brunswick barracks where he continued to make bad life decisions. At this point the man decided it would be a great idea to kick a huge hole in the wall causing what would be hundreds of dollars worth of damage. According to the Times Union dude got himself slapped with several charges.

He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, and second-degree harassment and promoting the exposure of a person, both violations.

In conclusion, it might be a good idea to watch your stimulant intake and maybe, keep your clothes on.
