Murder Charges Dropped For Teen In Victory Mills [VIDEO]

Accused of stabbing and killing his mother's boyfriend back in May, Matthew Brown's fate, with regard to being charged with second degree murder, rested on the shoulders of a Saratoga County grand jury. 

Tuesday, that very same grand jury dropped all charges against 18-year-old Brown.

And boy are his supporters thrilled.
