A while back, I blogged about a curiously strange occurrence where 200 cows were randomly found dead in a field in Wisconsin.  Experts have identified the murderer.

I was wondering if this random mass cow death was linked to the flocks of birds and schools of fish dying, but apparently that is not so.  As it turns out, a toxin that was produced in moldy sweet potatoes that the cows were snacking on was the culprit for these cow deaths.  I'm switching back to regular french fries.
