Some people have all the luck in the world; you and I are not some of those "lucky few."

Case and point: Montgomery County is the home of a $1 million lottery winner.

Sixty-four-year-old Julie Hemstreet was just having an average day when she stopped to get gas at the Stewarts Shop in Fort Johnson back on Sept.13. - Yes, Friday the 13th.

While paying for gas, Julie says the ticket "caught her eye," so she bought it while paying for gas. She opted to take the full amount, which, after taxes, equaled out to $830,000.

The ticket she bought was the "Cash Blowout" and made Julie the 106th person to become a millionaire in New York's Lottery.
