Memorable Building On Route 9 May Be Replaced With Restaurant

If you travel route 9 in Latham somewhat often, you may see a building that is hard to miss disappear.

For me, I used the term memorable because without even looking at a map, I heard A Frame Pools. I immediately knew the area without ever setting foot in this building. I didn't even know the name of the business. So yes, to me, the A-Frame Pools Building is a memorable one.

A developer wants to transform the area where that building sits. Adding multiple things, a restaurant is one of them. If you can't seem to place where A Frame Pools is, its right across from Dunkin Donuts and neighbors the Goldstein dealership. Beyond the restaurant, the developer also wants to add a retail space and a drive-thru restaurant too.

I like this because maybe it means we can finally get a White Castle, however that is highly unlikely.
