Man Walks Into Albany Firehouse With Neck Gunshot Wound

It's not something you see everyday but thankfully the man is expected to live.

A 19-year-old man was shot near the Arbor Hill Park on Saturday night and able to walk to the nearby firehouse to receive medical help.

Much remains unclear about the shooting as police continue their investigation. Police received calls around 10:30 pm about shots being fired near the 700 block of Manning BLVD.

So far, the only person known to be involved is the shooting victim himself. He was treated at the firehouse and sent to Albany Medical Center for further treatment. His injuries were non-life-threatening.
