Man In Valatie Nabbed For Attempted Robbery

Smooth move, buck-o! 28-year-old Lucas Johnson is currently sitting in the clink for allegedly attempting to rob Scotti's Hair Design in Kinderhook. 

Troopers were called to the hair salon Monday after employees reported a masked man entered the business, demanded money, then took off in his car.

Johnson was later arrested, around 4:30 pm, and charged with felony attempted robbery and sent to Columbia County Jail on $50,000 bail. He's expected back in court on Friday.
