Lots Of Laughs With Dave Attell [NSFW-Video]

If you missed it, Dave Attell was at the Egg last night and did not disappoint. The whole line up was great from start to finish. Dave Smith was the MC and shared a few jokes/funny stories with us. He was perfect. Likable, but wasn't trying to over do it. Then it was the official opener Big Jay Oakerson. Now this guy is funny!

He's dirty, but if you're a Dave Attell fan, I can't imagine that you would have been offended by Oakerson. Maybe you've already seen him as he has gone on tour and been the opening act with the Mayhem Festival and Jagermeister Tour. He mentioned that he wanted a little help to get the word out about a phrase he created called 'Face-blizzard.' Let's see, how can I define it without getting too descriptive? I'll use it in a sentence and see if you can figure it out. "Wow, Beth is a lot dirtier than I thought! Once she took me all the way, I ended up giving her a face-blizzard." Get it?

Then Dave came out. I don't know if the other guys were really that tall, but after them Dave sure seemed short. Kind of funny considering how much he likes to talk about midgets. He looked a little rougher than usual as he has let his hair and beard grow out quite a bit. And he wore a baseball hat which I found to be annoying. I don't know if it was just my seat, but the way the lights are set up, I could only see his face half the time. The other half felt like I was watching a mystery comic. But when it came to the material, he was fantastic. He's sort of like Family Guy as he's not affraid to pick on any race or topic. Everything is fair game with Attell. He's crass, but oh so witty. And most of all he is freaking funny. I think what I enjoy most while watching him perform is when he cracks a smile. He's kind of like an Archie Bunker where we find humor in his negative demeanor. But sometimes he's so funny, that he even makes himself laugh.
