Linkin Park Discuss A Day to Remember + Working With Tom Morello [Exclusive Video]

Linkin Park were one of the headliners at the 2015 Loudwire Music Festival in Grand Junction, Colo. We were lucky enough to sit down with Mike Shinoda and Dave 'Phoenix' Farrell for an exclusive chat!

At the 2015 Loudwire Music Festival, Linkin Park performed an incredible set immediately following an equally great set from A Day to Remember. The two bands have joined forces at various times, perhaps most notably during a special performance by Linkin Park at the 2014 Warped Tour where ADTR singer Jeremy McKinnon joined the band onstage. The two bands have developed a friendship, having toured together for multiple dates this summer. During the video interview above, Linkin Park talk about ADTR and other young bands.

We also speak with Shinoda and Phoenix about the new song "Drawbar," which was featured on Linkin Park's 2014 full-length, The Hunting Party. Linkin Part recently gave us an inside look into recording "Drawbar" with special guest Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine fame. Though Morello says it's impossible to artistically offend him during a recording session, we asked the Linkin Park duo about what experience of collaborating with a guitar legend.
