Well, that didn't take long. Rob Stutzman and Jonathan Wheeler has filed a class action lawsuit Lance Armstrong for reading what they are now calling "his works of fiction."

After admitting last week to Oprah that he did in fact "dope", the disgraced bicyclist is now facing even more scrutiny for his years of denial and burying those who tried to expose him.

In the suit, the men are seeking refunds for two of his books (2000's "It's Not About the Bike" and the 2003 follow-up, "Every Second Counts") and other cost.

Stated in the filing readers "would not have purchased the books had they known the true facts concerning Armstrong's misconduct and his admitted involvement in a sports doping scandal." Lance denied in the books that be doped during the Tour de France victories which brings upon this suit as "defendants knew or should have known these books were works of fiction."
