Lana Del Rey Performs Cover of Nirvana’s ‘Heart-Shaped Box’

If we could describe Lana Del Rey to you, attractive would be one word we used, and odd would be another. In this case, she seems pretty cool, though.

It's always nice to see artists paying tribute to the artists that inspired them. Lana Del Rey isn't normally our cup of tea, but when we saw this we begin to think that maybe this chick isn't that bad.

It's kind of an eery version of the song - not that the original is all warm and fuzzy. The use of the various stringed instruments add an certain creepiness to it though. Very cool vibe, and the crowd for sure digs it.

We think Kurt would be proud. Courtney Love on the other hand, not so much. She's not getting any money from it, so why would she be?
