Strap in! Lamb of God are back with the brutal new track "Culling" from their new EP, The Duke. You can listen to the heavy rocker in the player provided above.

The song itself keeps the pedal to the metal, filled with driving guitars, some double kick drumming glory and Randy Blythe's brutal vocals. "Culling" dates back to the sessions for the band's 2009 album Wrath, but was only recently revisited with the final touches being added to the song.

You can find "Culling" on the newly released EP, The Duke, which just arrived on Friday (Nov. 18). The band issued the EP in honor of a fan named Wayne Ford that singer Randy Blythe befriended. Ford passed away from leukemia in early 2015 and Blythe penned the title track about him.

“A little while ago I became friends with a fan named Wayne Ford -- he was terminal -- leukemia. I talked with him often, even video chatted him into the studio. He was very calm about his impending death, and we discussed it very openly. I learned a lot from him. This song is for him," said Blythe about The Duke title track.

The band have tied the new EP to a charity auction where they are doing their part to raise awareness and funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
