Most people laughed at the absurdity of the Segway, a two-wheeled standing scooter so that no one would have to walk from "Point A" to "Point B" ever again. Well, get ready for the next evolution in lazy - the Copenhagen Wheel.

Boston-based company Superpedestrian is the creator of the special tire. Here's how it works, in layman's terms: As you're riding a special disc that sits in the tire and collects energy, it saves it, then you can use that energy to propel the bike at a later time.

You can turn the extra power on via your smart phone, pretty much making your bike a hybrid e-bike or something like that.

If you want to feel good about your biking experience, the app also gives you feedback on exercise and progress (of your laziness).
