We all know that smoking is bad for you. We know that it kills. But for some of us that’s still not enough to quit. When you hear the next bit of info, you should at least want to curtail your first butt of the day to a little later in the day.

Get this, those who smoke their first cigarette of the day within 30 minutes of waking up are 80% more like to get lung cancer. Wow, that is an astonishing fact. Although I’m one of those idiots who still smokes… that stat made me feel a whole lot better considering I usually don’t normally have a cigarette until 3-4 hours after waking up.
