Now a former apple orchard in Glenville will be the home of a maple sugaring facility that will entice your taste buds with everything maple flavored.

Now I am more the guy who only puts maple syrup on my pancakes or waffles. I also have said many times in the past that I am not much of a sweets fan. But this place is changing my mind on that statement. Riverside Maple Farms is the name of the new facility located at 7152 Amsterdam Road. If you love maple you must go here.

They just officially opened on Thursday and do far more than just maple syrup. Also candy, maple spreads and even, now get this, maple cotton candy. If you are sick of everyone raving about the atrocious pumpkin spice, just replace it with maple.This seems like a business not only the people in the Schenectady area but the entire Capital Region can get behind.
