So last year, GWAR's Oderus Urungus died to a heroin overdose. The band seems to have waited about one Earth day to start illegally using his likeness, according to NBC News. That's right, GWAR is being covered by NBC. Just so we're on a level playing field, here's a video of GWAR:

So the pig face singer is the one who died. He then got cremated, we know this, because his band mates then stole his ashes. Why no one knows, except that they're being kept locked up in their recording studio, Slave Pit Inc..

Oderus' father wanted his son's ashes back and has been in what is maybe a legal battle? It's hard to tell with all the costumes. Anyhow, the band did bring back a 'portion' of the ashes in a plastic bag.
