Rockstar had been planning to drop $250,000 worth of GTA$ into every player's account in GTA Online this week, but more bug fixing has delayed the stimulus yet again.

"[We] of course want to ensure that game progress loss issues are sufficiently sorted before distributing the GTA$ to everyone," Rockstar said in a post on its blog. "We have a few more tweaks and fixes to make in a new title update that will hit sometime next week and then we will distribute the cash."

Sadly, there's still no date in sight for the stimulus, but to tide us over, Rockstar did offer some updates on the other content planned for GTA Online. The Beach Bum pack, which will offer new weapons and clothes for both the online and main game, is on track for early November. There will also be more Gang Attacks, Survivals, Last Team Standings, Parachutes, Deathmatches and Races included that take place in the water or along the coast.

The content creation aspects are on the way, too, though Rockstar didn't put a timetable on when we'd be able to start crafting our own races and deathmatches. However, the content created by players will be rated by Rockstar, and could see use in the main online mode with the "Rockstar Verified" tag. Social Club Event Weekends are coming in November, which will bring a host of special items to the game, should you be so lucky enough as to win.

It's a shame the money hasn't still arrived, but at least Rockstar is committed to making the GTA Online experience as strong as possible in the meantime.
