There are plenty of things that you just shouldn't do while driving.

You shouldn't text. You shouldn't (and aren't allowed) to consume alcohol. You probably shouldn't read a book or trim your toenails.

But what about eating while driving? That's OK, right?

Well, if you're driving through Cobb County in Georgia, it may not be.

Madison Turner stopped at a McDonald's restaurant in Marietta, Ga., on his way to meet up with a friend.

He was then pulled over and cited by a police officer who observed him eating a Double Quarter Pounder while behind the wheel. He got a ticket for driving while distracted, but "eating while driving" was mentioned in the comments field, Atlanta's WSB-TV reported.

Turner says he plans to fight the ticket at his Feb. 3 court date.
